Knowing exactly what it involves and how long the result lasts, id book it again without a second thought. Genuinely one of the better decisions ive made.

Write a ReviewNot a single bruise or mark afterwards which surprised me given how much of a difference it made. Nothing to cover up at any point.
Compared against what i was spending on treatments that faded in months, paying once for something that has lasted a year makes far more sense.
She said most people need one treatment and that a second is only worth it in some cases. Turned out one was plenty for me. No pressure to book more.
Somebody phoned the following morning to check how id got on. Small thing but it made the whole experience feel properly looked after rather than transactional.
Dropped a good bit of weight and my face was left slack. This tightened things up in a way that continuing to diet was never going to achieve.
Bar a couple of spots along the jawbone that were briefly sharp, it was entirely manageable. She adjusted the settings there once i mentioned it.
She had it done last spring and looked rested rather than obviously treated. Asked her where and booked myself the same week. No regrets whatsoever.
Looked decent at eight weeks and noticeably better at four months. The collagen response keeps building which she had told me to expect from the start.
Went in for the tightening and my skin texture has improved alongside it. Pores look smaller and the surface is smoother than it was.
Had something similar done on holiday a few years back that was painful and did very little. This was comfortable and the result is in a different league.
She was straight that if id had significant sagging id be better off seeing a surgeon. For mild to moderate laxity like mine it was the right fit and she said so.
Had it done four months ahead so the collagen had time to do its thing. Skin looked genuinely lifted in every photograph on the day.
Half expected to feel out of place and did not at all. She kept the result looking natural rather than smoothing everything flat, which was my one worry.
my skin got noticeably thinner and slacker with menopause. This has rebuilt some substance in it. Feels less papery to touch as well as looking firmer.
The mid face lift is subtle but its there. My cheeks sit higher and the shadowing underneath has softened. Looks like ive been sleeping properly for once.
Booked a morning slot and was working by two. No swelling, no marks, nothing to explain to colleagues. Ideal if you cannot take time off.
Nobody has guessed. People just keep saying i look well or ask if ive been away. That gradual natural change was the entire point for me.
Total novice and quite nervous. She talked me through every stage before it happened and checked in constantly. Nothing about it was frightening in the end.
Because it works below the surface and cools the top layer it is safe across skin tones. That mattered to me and she confirmed it at the consultation.
A fraction of what a surgical lift would have cost, no general anaesthetic and no weeks off work. For the amount of laxity i had it was clearly the right route.
The softness that had crept along my jaw through my forties has tightened up. My face has a defined outline in photographs that it had lost.
Talked me through how the energy sits in the mid layer of the skin rather than going deep, and why the cooling matters. i understood what i was paying for.
i cannot deal with needles so anything injectable was never happening. This is pure ultrasound with nothing going into the skin, which is exactly what i wanted.
Over twelve months since my session and the lift is still clearly there. Booking a single maintenance treatment rather than starting from scratch.
Nothing at all for the first month which had me doubting it. Then around week seven it appeared and carried on improving right through to month four.
Slightly flushed leaving the clinic and completely back to normal within the hour. Met friends for dinner the same evening and nobody noticed a thing.
Whole thing took about forty minutes including the numbing chat beforehand. Walked out, did the shopping, went home. Nothing about the day was disrupted.
The horizontal bands across my neck have softened noticeably. That area never responded to anything topical so i had assumed it was just going to keep getting worse.
The submental area was the thing i most disliked about my profile. Two months on and the line between my chin and neck is properly defined again.
The lift through my brow has made my eyes look far more open. i had been quoted for a surgical brow lift and this got me most of the way there in forty minutes.
Hard to describe but the heaviness above my eyes has lifted. i am not fighting my eyelids by the end of the day the way i used to.
Happy enough with my neck that i went back to have my brow done a few months later. Same experience, same standard both times.
They photographed me at the start and again at six months. Day to day you stop noticing, but seeing them side by side the change was much bigger than id realised.
Beautiful Georgian setting and a calm clinic inside. Appointment started bang on time and i never felt like i was being rushed through.
A series of warm pulses that build to properly hot for a second and then cool right down. The cooling plate on the surface means your skin never feels burnt.
