That is the best way i can describe it. Not a different face, not an obviously treated face. Just me looking rested and well. Delighted with that.

Write a ReviewThey said three to six months and it was very much at the six month end for me. Worth knowing so you dont panic at month two thinking its not working.
Given how long the result has lasted and how natural it looked throughout, id have this done again without hesitating. One of the better decisions ive made.
i had a long list of questions after too much reading online. She worked through every one without rushing me or making me feel silly for asking.
The slow onset is a feature not a flaw. Nobody at work registered a change, they just started saying i looked well. Exactly what i wanted from this.
Tempted to stop after two sessions because i was already happy. She encouraged me to complete the third and she was right, the final result was noticeably better.
Had some placed across my decolletage as well. The crepiness there has improved which is an area thats notoriously hard to treat.
They booked me in for reviews at six weeks and three months as standard rather than charging extra. Nice to be properly followed up rather than forgotten about.
my face never quite recovered after two pregnancies and breastfeeding. This restored what i had lost without me looking like a different person.
Had cheek filler elsewhere years ago that looked obvious and shifted when i smiled. This moves properly because its my own tissue. Completely different result.
Talked me through how poly l lactic acid works and why the result builds slowly. Being treated like an intelligent adult rather than sold to made a real difference.
Its a significant outlay and i thought hard about it. Given the result has lasted years rather than months i consider it money well spent.
Had some volume placed around my chin to balance my profile. Subtle change but it made a bigger difference to how i look from the side than i expected.
A friend had it here and looked incredible without looking done. Asked her where and booked the same week. Now two other people have asked me the same question.
i genuinely didnt notice it happening. Then i saw a photo from before and was taken aback by how much hollower i had looked. Very gradual and very natural.
The Devonshire Place clinic is lovely and calm. Never felt rushed and every appointment started on time. Small things but they matter when youre nervous.
Came back for a refresh after the first course finally started to fade. Same practitioner, same great result. Wouldnt go anywhere else for this now.
Numbing cream first and the product itself contains anaesthetic. Felt pressure and some stinging but nothing i would call painful. Over in twenty minutes.
The fullness across my cheekbones has come back properly. Not overfilled or pillowy, just restored to roughly where it used to sit naturally.
She told me plainly that sculptra wouldnt help my under eye area and suggested something else for that. Turning down a sale to give correct advice earned my trust completely.
Wanted a lift but wasnt ready for surgery. Sculptra gave me back the fullness id lost over the previous decade without any of the recovery or risk.
The lines from my nose to my mouth have softened noticeably as the cheek volume came back. Treating the cause rather than filling the line directly made all the difference.
Had read horror stories about nodules before booking. The practitioner explained that comes down to dilution and injection depth. Followed the aftercare and had no issues whatsoever.
The hollowing under my eyes has softened as the mid face volume built up underneath. Look far less exhausted in the mornings than i used to.
if you want instant gratification get filler instead. This took nearly five months to fully show and i nearly lost faith around week eight. Very glad i stuck with it.
Had my course done a while back now and the result is still clearly there. Booking a single top up vial rather than starting over which is very reasonable.
Was the only bloke in the waiting room but the practitioner clearly treats plenty of men. Kept it looking masculine rather than overly smooth which was my main worry.
The volume restoration higher up in my mid face has pulled everything upward so my jaw looks more defined. Didnt expect a lifting effect from a volumiser.
She spent forty minutes assessing my face and explaining where volume loss had actually happened versus where i thought it had. Completely changed my treatment plan for the better.
Expected the volume but my skin texture has also got noticeably thicker and firmer. Less crepey around my cheeks than it was. Thats a bonus i wasnt anticipating.
Had a few bruises along my cheekbones for about five days. Concealer handled it easily. Nothing worse than what i get from a routine blood test really.
What sold me is that its your own collagen being stimulated rather than a gel sitting under the skin. The result feels and moves like actual tissue because it is.
Had three sessions spaced about six weeks apart. The practitioner assessed after each one rather than committing me to a fixed number upfront. Appreciated that approach.
Dropped three stone and my face looked gaunt and drawn. Sculptra restored the volume gradually so it never looked sudden or obvious to anyone around me.
Was spending a fortune on filler every nine months. Sculptra cost more upfront but ive had over two years out of it. Works out considerably cheaper long term.
Everyone said i looked well rested. Not one person guessed id had anything done. Thats exactly the outcome i was paying for with a gradual treatment like this.
The hollowing at my temples had aged me more than anything else on my face. Two vials across two sessions and the area has properly filled. Looks like my own face again.
This is not a filler and you have to go in understanding that. Nothing much happened for the first six weeks then my cheeks gradually started looking fuller. By month four the change was substantial.
The shadowed hollows that had appeared under my cheekbones have filled in properly. Makes an enormous difference in overhead lighting and photographs.
She started conservatively with two vials then added a third once we saw how i responded. Building up gradually meant no risk of overdoing it.
Planned the course to finish four months before the wedding so the result was fully settled by the day. They advised on that timeline which i really appreciated.
Slightly swollen for the rest of the day then completely normal. Went into the office the following morning and nobody said a thing.
Took proper before photos which i am glad about. Comparing month one to month six side by side the difference is dramatic. Day to day you just dont notice it happening.
They were very clear about massaging the area five minutes, five times a day, for five days. i followed it religiously and had zero issues with lumps.
