First beach holiday in years where i wasnt reaching for a cover up every five minutes. That alone justified the whole thing for me.

Write a ReviewBar the peak of each heating cycle it honestly felt quite nice. Like a heat pad. Certainly nothing i would describe as an ordeal.
Happy enough with my abdomen that i returned to have my back done. Same experience, same standard, same result. Now a proper regular here.
Had to replace most of my trousers which was an expensive but very welcome problem to have. Best possible outcome from a treatment like this.
No lumps, no dents, no patchiness. The reduction happened uniformly which i gather comes down to how carefully the applicators are placed.
i had worked myself up over the appointment and it turned out to be entirely uneventful. Warm, a bit odd, and over before my podcast finished.
Not a small amount to spend but given the result is permanent and it took an hour of my life in total, ive made peace with the cost.
They booked me in at six and twelve weeks to photograph and measure. Nice to be properly reviewed rather than taking the money and never hearing from them.
Had my upper arms done alongside my flanks. The softness there has firmed up and sleeves fit differently. An area i had assumed was untreatable.
She talked me through how the wavelength targets fat without harming skin. Being given the reasoning rather than a sales pitch made all the difference.
i was training five days a week and getting nowhere with these specific areas. Twenty five minutes here achieved what months of that could not.
Well over twelve months on and nothing has come back. i have maintained my weight and the areas treated have stayed exactly as they were.
Devonshire Place is a lovely setting and everything about the clinic felt properly run. Clean rooms, appointments on time, staff who knew my name.
The saddlebag area had always been disproportionate to the rest of me. Two rounds later my silhouette is far more balanced than it was.
The area felt a bit like a mild bruise for around three days. Completely bearable and worth knowing about beforehand so it doesnt alarm you.
No hard sell, no package i didnt need, no pressure to book a third round when two had done the job. That restraint earned my repeat business.
Went down a full size in the waist without the scales moving much at all. That tells you its targeting the fat specifically rather than general weight.
Two children later and my stomach never went back. This has taken the edge off in a way that no amount of core work managed.
Half the patients in the waiting room were men which surprised me. Nobody treated it as unusual and the practitioner clearly treats plenty of blokes.
Did both areas in a single appointment since the applicators cover a decent area. Efficient use of my time and the results came through together.
She spent time positioning the applicators rather than slapping them on. Explained that placement is what decides whether you get an even result.
No bruising, no redness, nothing to hide. Went out for dinner straight after my second session and there was nothing to see.
The pouch below my navel that never responded to anything has flattened noticeably. Thats the one area i genuinely thought was permanent.
Day to day you notice nothing. Looking at the before and after shots at week twelve i could hardly believe it was the same midsection.
Warm building to properly hot for about a minute then the cooling kicks in and it resets. Repeats like that for the full session. Entirely manageable.
One session gave a noticeable but modest change. The second round is what really delivered. Worth budgeting for both from the start rather than being surprised.
The roll that sat above my bra strap has reduced enough that fitted tops sit properly now. Nobody ever talks about that area but it bothered me for years.
Trained that evening with no issues at all. Slightly tender to press on for a couple of days, otherwise completely normal. Zero interruption to my routine.
my thighs rubbing together had ruined more pairs of trousers than i can count. Two sessions and theres a genuine gap. Small thing that made a big difference.
Had cryo elsewhere years ago and found the pulling sensation horrible. The laser approach was far more comfortable and the result was at least as good.
They were clear from the consultation that this targets stubborn pockets and is not a substitute for losing weight. Refreshing to be told that rather than sold a fantasy.
They said six to twelve weeks and it was very much twelve for me. Barely anything at week four which worried me, then it came through properly.
The applicators alternate between warming and cooling so it never gets uncomfortable. Warm and tingly rather than painful. i read through the whole session.
The pockets over my hips that survived years of running and clean eating have finally reduced. Two rounds six weeks apart and the change is obvious in fitted shirts.
Each session is done in under half an hour. i had mine on a Tuesday lunchtime and was back at my desk before anyone noticed id gone anywhere.
If youre near your target weight with one or two areas that refuse to budge, this is exactly what it is designed for. Not right for everyone and they say so.
Nobody at work registered a change, they just started saying i looked well. Because it builds over weeks it never looked like i had something done.
Booked both sessions at 8am before work. In, treated, and at my desk by nine. For anyone who cannot take time off this is the treatment.
The cells are destroyed rather than shrunk so as long as i maintain my weight the result holds. That permanence is what convinced me to book.
She measured, photographed and explained exactly what percentage reduction to expect per session. No overselling whatsoever. i knew precisely what i was buying.
Had the submental applicator used for the fullness under my jaw. Profile photos look completely different now. That area was always my biggest insecurity.
