Ravi is awful and has been giving me the run around for a year, I've asked him for a refund or even a partial refund and he blocked me. Do not waste your money or time, hrs rude and unprofessional.
Always such great service. Never pushy in selling treatments you don't need and informative with those you do. Cannot recommend them highly enough. You won't find better in London.
