Worth It
It isnt instant which they were clear about upfront. The improvement built steadily across the course and has kept improving since i finished.
Put this off for two years out of embarrassment. Complete waste of two years. The treatment is easy and the staff are lovely. Just book it.
Was getting up three or four times a night. Now i sleep straight through most nights. The knock on effect on my energy and mood has been massive.
The team were brilliant about a sensitive subject. Explained everything clearly and never made me feel like a problem to be solved. Genuinely caring approach.
