My abs were never the problem, my sides were. Three months on from the last appointment they are still flatter.
She started me well below what the machine can do and pushed it up every session once she saw how I handled it. Said taking people to maximum on day one is how you end up with cancellations.
Started in July so there was room, because she was clear the real change shows a couple of months after the final session rather than straight away. The September dress fitting went exactly how I wanted.
I noticed the strength before I noticed the shape. By session two my core was switching on properly when I lifted, and the visible change turned up about a month after the course finished.

The contractions feel completely bizarre for the first ten minutes then you get used to it. Never painful, just strange. By session two i was scrolling my phone through it.
