Did 4 sessions on my abs and the muscle definition is insane. I was already fit but this took things to the next level. Visible abs at 45.
Not cheap but if you compare to years of personal training for the same result id say its a bargain.
Great service from Ravi and his team. Denice looked after to me today and was full of knowledge on anything I asked her. Really looking forward to seeing the end results

They werent kidding about 20k crunches in 30 mins. The next day my abs were sore like id done the hardest gym session of my life.
First session is odd, the muscle contractions feel unreal. By session 2 you are used to it and it just feels like a hard workout.
