Worth It
Day after each session felt like id done a brutal ab workout. Completely fine by day two though. Nothing that stopped me training or working.
Measured before and after properly. Lost just under two inches around my middle across the course. Combination of the fat reduction and the muscle building working together.
im in the gym four times a week already and thought this wouldnt add much. Wrong. The intensity of the contractions reaches muscle fibres i cant hit with weights alone.

The contractions feel completely bizarre for the first ten minutes then you get used to it. Never painful, just strange. By session two i was scrolling my phone through it.
